Job Title: Spanish Speaking Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Spanish Speaking Telesales Executive to join our team at People Solutions Group.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid working role, requiring three days in the office and two days at home, with a laptop provided for remote work. As a Spanish Speaking Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for conducting unscripted tele appointment making, data cleansing, research, and leading generation campaigns throughout the UK and Europe on behalf of our clients.

You will be primarily speaking to Spanish Nationals, many of whom may not speak English as their first language, and will be required to carry out unscripted tele calls, answer questions about product specifications, book appointments with relevant prospects, and complete data cleansing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct unscripted tele appointment making and data cleansing activities
  • Carry out unscripted tele calls on behalf of clients
  • Answer questions about product specifications
  • Book appointments with relevant prospects
  • Complete data cleansing activities
  • Carry out market research into various industries
  • Provide input into lead generation campaigns
  • Accurately and efficiently enter details
Requirements:
  • Fluent Spanish language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish Nationals
  • Previous market research or contact centre experience is desirable
