About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Reed Talent Solutions. As a key member of our aviation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and airworthiness of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Oversee the coordination of all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate documentation.
  • Health and Safety Management: Ensure the health and safety of all equipment, reporting any faults and diagnostic problems promptly.
  • Certificate of Release to Service: Provide a Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) signature when appropriate to release an aircraft to service after defect rectification or scheduled maintenance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues, adopting a 'Whole Force' approach to activities.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience in aircraft inspections, repair, and maintenance. Hold a recognized SHEQ qualification and working knowledge of safety management systems (SMS).
  • Licenses and Certifications: EASA/CAA Part 66, B1.2 license. Type Rating on Grob 115E aircraft and Lycoming 360 engines. Clean driving license. Ability to achieve and maintain SC Clearance.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
