We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic financial analyst to join our Central Finance Enabling Functions team. The team provides financial business partnering, financial control, and FP&A support to various functions within Rolls-Royce, including Head Office, Global Business Services, Group Digital & IT, and Corporate.

This role plays a critical part in supporting change management to establish new Organisation Design principles and deliver Management Information reporting requirements. You will work closely with the India team to deliver timely monthly reporting of financials, providing insights to support Executive Leaders' decision-making.

In this role, you will assist FP&A Managers with financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring timely service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and rollout of new functional operating cost reports, collaborating with Divisional teams to provide meaningful total global cost data.
  • Monthly actuals reporting, including accrual recommendations, journal preparation, variance analysis, and insights.
  • Balance Sheet management, including completing balance sheet reconciliations in Blackline, audit reviews, and answering questions from External Audit, Finance Service Centres, Group Finance, Tax, etc.
