About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Digital Media Sales Director to join our team at Northstar Travel Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of key client-led partnerships through face-to-face meetings and at global industry events.
  • Identify and source new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build relationships with key customers at all levels, understanding their needs and building solutions that meet their business goals.
  • Develop productive relationships with agencies to create connections with major brands and drive new revenues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the strategic proposition of the BTN Group to support increased revenue and new product development.
  • Work closely with editorial, research, marketing, and commercial teams to support the overall objectives of the BTN Group.
  • Share best practice and collaborate with the wider commercial team to develop core commercial skills.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in creating multi-channel marketing solutions that incorporate information services, print, digital, and events.
  • Delivering ROI: A proven track record in delivering a tangible ROI for the client and the business.
  • Experience in creative solutions that meet the goals of the clients and the revenue objectives of the business.
  • General business awareness: Show evidence of developing effective advertiser partnership strategies that focus on delivering short-, medium-, and long-term revenue goals.
  • Creative thinking: Ability to identify opportunities and develop new initiatives and compelling creative solutions.
  • Track record in focusing on, setting, and exceeding personal, team, and organizational commercial goals.
  • Adept at networking and socializing productively.
  • Project management skills: A track record in planning and delivering to agreed time and budget schedules.
