Early Intervention Support Associate

We are searching for a skilled Support Worker to fill this challenging yet rewarding position at SCA Care. As a Specialist Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual in their own bungalow in Totton.
Your duties will involve providing full-time or part-time support, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the individual receives comprehensive care. A salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum is offered for this demanding yet fulfilling role.
To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate exceptional patience, understanding, and empathy when interacting with the individual. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
