We are excited to be working with a dynamic business organization who are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their team of professionals.

This role provides administrative support to the Administration Manager and a comprehensive support service for the organization.

As the Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors
  • Responding to incoming calls and messages
  • Resolving invoice discrepancies
  • Processing of employee expenses
  • Setting up of new vendor and client information
  • Maintaining accurate files and data in line with company policies
  • Processing of purchase invoices and credit notes

The Office Administrator will be highly organized and a confident team player. You will have a good understanding of business procedures together with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, with one day working from home (to be agreed).

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team at The Recruitment Group.
