This role provides administrative support to the Administration Manager and a comprehensive support service for the organization.
As the Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors
- Responding to incoming calls and messages
- Resolving invoice discrepancies
- Processing of employee expenses
- Setting up of new vendor and client information
- Maintaining accurate files and data in line with company policies
- Processing of purchase invoices and credit notes
The Office Administrator will be highly organized and a confident team player. You will have a good understanding of business procedures together with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, with one day working from home (to be agreed).
