We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Ashtead Hospital. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized patient care, adhering to Ramsay's policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and share best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care standards and protocols.
Requirements
- Registered with the NMC
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Demonstrated computer skills
