Senior Project Manager

Logic Engagements is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Project Management team in the Pharma / Life Sciences industry.
This is a Mid-Senior level role with a competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum, plus great benefits. The successful candidate will be based out of our Stevenage site and will work on a hybrid model.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for driving consistent and effective use of project management tools and standards, ensuring clear project governance and escalation routes are in place. They will also provide direction to the team, develop their capabilities, and ensure resources are deployed appropriately to meet business needs.
In this Collaborator-facing role, the Senior Project Manager will build, manage, and maintain relationships with Collaborators throughout the onboarding process and for the duration of the collaboration.
The successful candidate will manage multiple complex site-based projects/programmes, contributing to the continuous growth in Stevenage. They will have extensive and proven experience of project management within the biologics contract manufacturing or similar Pharma / Life Sciences industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer relationships within a clinical or commercial environment
- Simultaneously managing and delivering multiple projects of differing size, complexity, and duration
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and concepts
- Excellent people skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of customers and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven ability to engage constructively with colleagues at all levels across different departments
Requirements include:
- Scientific background with proven experience of working within a pharmaceutical GMP environment
- Formal project management qualification, e.g. Prince 2 or Agile
- Educated to a degree level in a relevant biological, engineering, or commercial discipline
