Remote Support Opportunity in the British Isles

Randstad Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the picturesque British Isles. As a Support Professional, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in need, promoting independence and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support services to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive care solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other support networks.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individualized support and empowerment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of clients and the organization.
  • Compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements for agency work.
