Job Title: Pharmacist Independent Prescriber

We are seeking a qualified Independent Prescribing Pharmacist to work with our GP Surgery client located in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have completed the CPPE pathway and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the PCN with medications reviews
- Support the wider team with medication-related administrative tasks
- Liaise with nurses and doctors via MSTeams

Requirements:
- Independent Prescribing qualification
- Prior GP surgery experience
- EMIS Web experience ideal

Working Hours:
- 5 weekdays per week
- 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm (30 mins lunch)

Pay:
- £33 - £45 per hour via Ltd Co, depending on prior experience
