Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Plumber to join our Facilities Management team, working across a commercial portfolio within the M25.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out scheduled maintenance on plumbing systems, including pipework, heating systems, and pumps.
* Diagnose and repair plumbing and mechanical faults as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Installations and Repairs: Assist with the installation and repair of plumbing systems and mechanical equipment.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
* Proven experience in commercial plumbing and mechanical maintenance.
* Full UK driving licence required.
