About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Systems Engineer to strengthen our Systems Engineering team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to various high-speed and conventional rail projects, working closely with a dynamic team of experts. As a Principal Systems Engineer, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality systems engineering services, leading a team, and ensuring that all systems engineering deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
This Principal Systems Engineer role involves developing systems engineering processes, leading a team, and overseeing system design, analysis, integration, and validation. You will be responsible for ensuring that all systems engineering deliverables are completed within time and budget while maintaining good relationships with external parties and stakeholders. We expect you to demonstrate a range of experience within the Systems/Civil Engineering/Transportation/Infrastructure sectors, including requirements and verification, systems integration, interface management, system architectures, common safety methods, and human factors.
