Dual Site Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our two lifestyle fashion stores in Cumbria. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high store standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and merchandise products that meet customer needs and drive sales
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and security protocols
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing a team within a fashion or lifestyle retail environment
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth
