About the Role
We are looking for a Security Colleague to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a Security Colleague, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our colleagues and customers, and protecting our business.
Your Responsibilities
• Conduct regular patrols and checks of the store, including the inside and outside areas, to identify any signs of damage, break-ins, or tampering with cash point machines.
• Perform daily checks on fire doors, clear any obstructions, and maintain fire door records.
• Support your manager with random spot checks, acting as a witness and recording details, and conducting spot checks on vehicles in the warehouse yard with the driver present.
• Assist with other tasks as required, including ensuring paperwork and processes are completed in areas such as claims and returns, waste management, and lost property.
