About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Radiographer to join our team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Mobile Radiographer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality imaging services to patients across the North Central London region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality imaging services to patients, including CT scans and other diagnostic procedures.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging techniques and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • DCR (R) or BSc Diagnostic Radiography qualification.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Substantial post-qualification experience in diagnostic radiography.
  • Knowledge and experience of NHS targets and care pathways.
  • Experience in specialized imaging techniques, such as CT and Interventional Radiology/Cardiology.
  • Experience using PACS and RIS systems.
