Companion Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Companion Care Worker in Bromley and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will provide personalized care and support to our elderly clients, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a salary of £13-£14.15 per hour, with enhanced bank holiday pay rates and mileage reimbursement at 34p per mile. Additionally, you will be entitled to a range of benefits, including a Blue Light Discount Card, Refer a Friend Scheme, Employee Benefits & Discount Scheme, and comprehensive training and development opportunities.
Job DescriptionAs a Companion Care Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide companionship, social interaction, and emotional support to our clients. You will also assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as help with light housework and errands.
Qualifications and SkillsTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a compassionate and caring individual with excellent communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working with people of all ages and abilities.
