Medical Devices Service Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee the management of service delivery across the UK. This key position ensures that all service and maintenance activities are delivered safely and in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance of all maintenance and service-related operational obligations for different sites.
- Communicate issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
- Liaise with the Head of Operations to manage budgets for the account.
- Produce performance reports.
- Undertake audits of medical equipment.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- MHRA managing medical devices experience.
- Contract management skills.
- 5+ years' experience in NHS or private healthcare.
- Expertise in at least one medical equipment modality.
Benefits:
