The Role: As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a pivotal role in creating enriching experiences for our children. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Planning and implementing a diverse range of engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of belonging and community within the nursery.
- Observing and assessing children's progress, tailoring activities to meet their individual needs and interests.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
