Personal Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, and autism.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living tasks, such as household chores and domestic duties
- Engage individuals in social activities and hobbies within the local community
- Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to individuals, promoting their independence and confidence
