As a Senior Planner, you'll play a critical role in the success of our projects. You'll be responsible for pre-tender and construction planning, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive construction schedules.
  2. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
  3. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  4. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
  5. Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and identify any issues that may impact the schedule.
  6. Work closely with subcontractors to coordinate activities and ensure timely project completion.
  7. Utilize industry-standard planning software to create and update project schedules.
