Job Opportunity: Site Manager (Permanent Position)

Net-Temps is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee a range of exciting projects in the Westmorland and Furness District, Cumbria. As a respected building engineering services company, we are committed to delivering high-quality work across the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery.
  3. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, and senior management.
  4. Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, identifying and addressing any issues.
  5. Ensure all site documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and daily reports, are up-to-date.
Requirements:
  1. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  2. CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Card
  3. First Aid at Work Certificate
  4. Proven experience in managing construction projects in a variety of sectors.
  5. Knowledge of UK building regulations and health and safety laws.
  6. Full UK driving licence.
