About the Role

The Customer Supply Chain Planner is a critical position that bridges the gap between internal sales and operational teams, as well as customers and our fulfillment partners. This role is responsible for driving operational execution and service levels, with a focus on supporting our ambitious expansion plans by creating processes to supply new countries across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline order-to-receipt flow, as well as systems administration and ERP health checks.
  • Understand and maintain SKU ranges, discontinued products, new product developments, and allocation orders.
  • Provide support and assistance to the regional Customer Supply Chain Manager and the National Accounts team on the performance of day-to-day operations and operational concerns of wholesale customer partners.
  • Identify and address operational weaknesses to improve customer service and delivery efficiencies.
  • Have a total control and understanding of OTIF management and implement and improve the procedure.

Requirements:

  • A strong educational background.
  • Strong data and Excel skills with the ability to use complex formulas.
  • Experience with an ERP system is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Inquisitive and keen to learn and develop.
