G's Group is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Crop Manager to join our team. As a Trainee Crop Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Crop Managers in all aspects of production, including growing and harvest, crop walking, land planning, irrigation scheduling, agronomy, and staff management.
This role provides a great opportunity for someone to start their career in farming, with a competitive package and a full training programme. You will have the chance to work with a wide range of crops and understand the commercial and technical aspects of a large grower supplying major retailers.
