Join Our Team as an Emergency Management Manager

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Management Manager to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Emergency Preparedness, Resilience & Response (EPRR) Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the trust remains resilient to incidents and disruptive events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective emergency management plans to minimize the impact of incidents on our services.
  • Provide expert advice to services to ensure appropriate plans are in place and deliver training and exercising to ensure staff are knowledgeable of and confident in their roles.
  • Act as a specialist lead and advisor to the trust Senior Leadership Team and the professional link for regulators, external partners, and interested parties.
  • Lead on EPRR assurance and operational planning to ensure the trust meets the full statutory duties under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004.
