Your Role

As a Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the region's growth plans and developing the charity's presence as a leading provider in the region. You will report to the Head of Operations and be responsible for the operational and financial performance of multiple services, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational and financial performance of services in the region
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and expansion
  • Contribute to the formulation of the organization's business planning process
  • Provide leadership to Service Leaders and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
