What we can offer:
  • Formal Flexible Working to accommodate your commitments
  • Hybrid working: Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working. Note: due to the nature of our work and workload classification, many of our engineering roles require an element of onsite working. This can range from 2-5 days a week depending on the role.
  • Enhanced pay for additional hours (depending on level)
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Additional holiday purchase available and enhanced continuous service annual leave
  • Up to 15 days additional flexi leave (depending on level)
