The Role: Evaluation Director
We are seeking a highly experienced Evaluation Director to lead our Crime & Justice team in delivering impactful evaluations across a range of policy areas. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled evaluator to make a real difference in the field.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement evaluation plans for diverse projects, encompassing process, impact, and economic evaluations.
- Lead proposal development and secure new business opportunities within the Crime & Justice sector.
- Manage and mentor a team of evaluators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure that evaluation findings are relevant and actionable.
- Disseminate evaluation results through clear and concise reports, presentations, and publications.
- Contribute to thought leadership in the field of criminal justice evaluation.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality social policy evaluations.
- Strong understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Experience with a variety of evaluation designs, including quasi-experimental and randomized controlled trials (RCTs).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of policy issues related to crime and justice.
