Job Description: Reporting Analyst Leader

The Reporting Analyst Leader at Pandora plays a crucial role in transforming the financial reporting and planning processes. This leader will drive efficiency and spearhead the financial reporting transformation initiative in collaboration with the business. The successful candidate will produce quality and timely commercial reporting, leveraging data analytics and automating reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Routinely produce quality and timely commercial reporting.
  • Leverage data analytics and automation tools.
  • Develop Power BI solutions for sales reporting.
  • Support the preparation and submission of the rolling 13 week sales forecast.
  • Analyse and forecast non-unit driven revenue.
  • Help prepare the budget and forecasting for gross margin.
  • Support the Globally led planning tool project.

Requirements:
  • Qualified/part-qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with 2/3+ years of experience.
  • Solution focused with good analytical skills.
  • Power BI experience and strong excel modelling skills essential.
  • Able to organise and manage competing workloads.
