We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Estimator to join our team at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate construction costs for education sector projects
  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial compliance
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Construction Estimator or equivalent role
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £88,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including car allowance, travel allowance, bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and private health care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. You will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
