The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes. You'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and developing actionable recommendations to inform our product strategy.

You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and web development, to ensure that our products are meeting the needs of our customers. You'll also be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive reports and dashboards to evaluate key performance indicators and business trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to evaluate key performance indicators and business trends.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights, and develop actionable recommendations to inform our product strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are meeting the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance conversion rates and improve customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize key performance indicators and business objectives.
Requirements
  • Expert analytical skills, with mastery over tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SQL.
  • Advanced SQL skills and understanding of database architectures.
  • Experience working within Business Intelligence or Analytics teams, with a strong track record of tracking business performance and setting key performance indicators.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels and their role in driving traffic and conversions.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to formulate conversion rate optimization strategies that are tightly aligned with business objectives.
  • Innovative testing initiatives, with a proven track record of designing and leading successful A/B and multivariate tests.
