Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our dynamic team at Waythrough. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Substance Use services in Haringey, ensuring the highest standards of service quality and performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the Drug and Alcohol sector, with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving excellent outcomes for service users. A CQC registered manager qualification or willingness to work towards it is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead our Substance Use services in Haringey, ensuring high-quality service delivery and achievement of performance targets.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to support service users and the community.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational policies and procedures, ensuring they align with our charitable objectives.
Estimated salary range: £33,705 - £50,715 per annum.
