Seeking a highly organised and communicative Property Coordinator Lead to join our team at Ballymore in Blackwall, London. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key member of our property management team, supporting the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. As a Property Coordinator Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing diaries, and preparing agendas. You will also provide administrative support to the team, ensuring that filing systems are maintained and that all correspondence is dealt with efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a project/property environment and will possess excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability. They will also have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels and areas of the business and with external parties.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects, manage diaries, and prepare agendas
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining filing systems and dealing with correspondence
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Assist with property management activities, including compliance data review, lease summaries, and management framework agreements
  • Support regular site inspections and provide accurate reporting
  • Quality control correspondence and information before issue to tenants
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with residents and leaseholders as required
Requirements
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • IRPM qualified
  • Experience of working in a project/property environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and areas of the business and with external parties
Benefits
