Qualified Building Designer

We are seeking a Qualified Building Designer to join our team in Newport, South Wales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building design and be able to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

The successful candidate will hold ARB/RIBA qualification and a degree in Architecture, with experience in the care sector being desired but not essential. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD LT, Revit, and Photoshop are essential.

About the Job:
  1. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  2. Manage all phases of the design process, from feasibility to construction.
  3. Assist in delivering construction packages and taking projects through to completion on site.
Salary and Benefits:
  • A salary range of £30,000 - £48,000 commensurate with experience, with annual pay reviews.
  • Potential company car.
  • Opportunity for progression within the practice.
  • Bonuses from profits paid three times a year.
  • 25 days paid holiday leave (increasing with length of service).

Job Requirements:
  • ARB/RIBA qualification and degree in Architecture.
