We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team at Dover Fueling Solutions. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing products to ensure high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
  • Read and follow standard work instructions and procedures
  • Identify and report quality and safety issues to supervisors
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve processes and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Meet and maintain daily production rates and goals

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Fine and gross motor skills
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations

Work Arrangement

This is an onsite position.
