Large Scale Housing Development Coordinator Needed for Major Refurbishment Project in West London.

The client is seeking a highly experienced Large Scale Housing Development Coordinator to coordinate the commercial aspects of a major refurbishment project, transforming a commercial office building into 175 flats in West London.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sub-contract procurements using various techniques.
  • Manage sub-contractor orders and ensure timely payment notifications.
  • Maintain monthly cost-value-reconciliations (CVRs).
  • Prepare preliminary analyses and issue contractual notices.

This is a site-based position requiring strong experience in residential projects, D&B procurement practices, and refurbishment/conversion knowledge. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

A competitive salary package of £75,000 - £90,000 dependent on experience.

A suitable candidate will have experience with similar-sized projects (£20m+) and high-rise residential BTR schemes.
