We are looking for a Project Finance Analyst to join our team at Direct Line Group. As part of our Global Transformation Programme, you will play a key role in delivering cost out and enabling the delivery of strategic objectives for DLG.

About the Role

You will support stakeholders and businesses in defining and shaping opportunities and unblocking issues and challenges to delivery. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to provide high-quality analysis in support of management information and SteerCo discussions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Cost Optimisation team in providing financial and business analysis to help define and shape opportunities.
  • Maintain a fully integrated plan that includes timelines, resource requirements, dependencies, and milestones for each project.
  • Work closely with the People, Risk, and Financial partners to manage and coordinate key deliverables.
  • Create, review, approve, and coordinate executive-level Transformation reports.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our hybrid model way of working offers flexibility, and you will receive 9% employer contributed pension, 50% off home, motor, and pet insurance, plus free travel insurance and Green Flag breakdown cover. Other benefits include additional optional health and dental insurance, up to 10% bonus, EV car scheme, 25 days annual leave increasing to 28, buy-as-you-earn share scheme, employee discounts, and cashback.
