Survey Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Manager to join our team at Hasson Associates Recruitment Ltd. As a Survey Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring surveys are set up and delivered to clients' specifications, checking questionnaires, testing surveys, managing online panel mailings, completing all quality assurance checks, monitoring fieldwork, and keeping clients and internal stakeholders up to date.

About You:

You will have a good grounding in survey management experience gained in a research agency environment and a professional, diligent approach to your work. Managing online projects is an advantage, and experience of survey management software (Dimensions) and mailing software (Marsc/Quenchtec) is desirable.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a hybrid working arrangement.
