The successful candidates will be working on various commercial premises, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, strong IT skills, and be conversant with current Asbestos & Health and Safety legislation and guidance. They will also be flexible in their approach to working hours and self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a team. The role requires the candidate to be competent in literacy and numeracy to construct accurate reports. The company is UKAS accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 and 17020, with offices based in London, Midlands, the Northeast and Northwest of England. Essential qualifications and experience include holding BOHS P402, P403 and/or P404 certificates or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years of industry experience in asbestos surveying or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with contractors
  • Strong work ethic and strong IT skills
  • Conversant with current Asbestos & Health and Safety legislation and guidance
