The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of tyre fitting and balancing, as well as the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading tyres and equipment ready for race events
  • Build-up and break-down of equipment and structures
  • Tyre fitting of race tyres at race events and in the workshop
  • Communicating with customers

Requirements:
  • Able to travel in the UK and abroad
  • Able to work weekends
  • Experience in tyre fitting and balancing essential
  • A passion for Motorsport
  • Good communicator
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently
  • Able to work to strict timescales
  • Follow complex instructions

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Daventry, Northants

This role requires someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
