Network Planning and Performance Lead

You will be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of new EV projects, ensuring the reliability of our charging network. This role involves overseeing all business operations, including procurement, project management, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

You will foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring team members are well-equipped to meet objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project planning, execution, and delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects.
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
  • Onboarding new subcontractors and overseeing during the construction phase.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards in service delivery.
  • Regular audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Commercial Excellence:

  • Financial data analysis and operational metrics to drive profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance market presence and customer acquisition.
  • Data integrity, system reliability, and user training for all relevant staff.

Industry Expertise:

  • Staying updated on the latest industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in the EV charging domain.
  • Brand ambassadorship, promoting our products and services to customers and stakeholders.
  • Safety standards and procedures compliance.
  • Reports preparation for the COO on operational performance and expenditure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civils/Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and financial principles.
  • Proven project management experience with strong organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and data management practices.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus an attractive benefits package and an EV car.
