Abrivia Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Business Development Manager to join their Sales & Marketing team in Belfast. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of aftersales business and developing strong relationships with high-profile customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Proactively sell spares, service level agreements, warranties, maintenance, repair, and overhaul services, and secondary tooling to existing customers. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities using historical sales data and market insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to promote aftersales efforts. Develop quotes, content, and campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile customers, ensuring their needs are met. Provide accurate information and exceptional service as the go-to contact for customers.
- Order Management: Manage the end-to-end order process, from sending timely and accurate quotations to entering orders on CRM and ERP systems. Ensure seamless communication between the Operations and Sales teams to ensure accurate order execution.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use aftermarket tools to analyze customer growth opportunities and provide the Head of Sales with regular updates on key performance indicators. Participate in pricing activities by analyzing spending trends and suggesting market pricing.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, particularly within a technical or industrial environment. Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Science sectors is ideal.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and understand a product range, including the function and benefits. Comfortable discussing technical details with customers.
- Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset. Adept at building long-term relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Comfortable working with CRM and ERP systems.
- Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently to achieve sales targets.
