**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Home Healthcare Coordinator to join our team in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments in the comfort of their own homes.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as defined in the patient's care plan.
  • Sustain professional standards and be an ambassador for delivering patient-focused care.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and build long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • Registered General Nurse qualification.
  • Qualified in administering Cytotoxic drugs and experience undertaking clinical assessments.
