At GLL, we're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Kensington Leisure Centre. As a Catering Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the café and team to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and be a friendly face to visitors and customers at the facility.
  • Prepare, serve, and deliver food and drinks to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Participate in the production and service standards of the café, ensuring high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety laws and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Contribute to the development of café services and actively participate in training and meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
  • Provide excellent customer care and have good multi-tasking skills.
