  • Internal reporting of performance metrics and input of financial elements into JV partner reports.
  • Maintenance of internal databases of companies and assets under management, equity, and debt.
  • Providing reporting and assistance to Investment, Asset Management, and Development teams, including provision of actuals against budgets, debt/equity stats, tenant covenant analysis.
  • Responsible for the setup of new entities and structures as required.
  • Supporting the Investment team in deal process, including provision of KYC information, review and coordination of any financial due diligence, and arranging equity calls and cash movements.
Requirements:
  • A qualified accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA preferred).
  • At least seven years of experience working in a fund finance function, ideally within the real estate/real assets sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles, regulations, and standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Proficient in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Experience in managing internal controls, risk assessment, and compliance activities.
