About the Role:
  • Manage and negotiate land rights for various renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Work with external consultants, contractors, land agents, and legal advisors, coordinating efforts to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, developers, and government agencies.
  • Provide expert advice on commercial real estate matters, including lease negotiations, property acquisitions, and dispute resolution.
Requirements:
  • A university degree in law and fully qualified Scottish or English Solicitor.
  • Experience: 3+ years PQE with proven experience in property law, ideally specifically within the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
