Job Title: Software Product Technology Manager

As a key member of our Central Engineering Software group, you will play a crucial role in defining and prioritizing requirements for software enablement and optimization. You will work closely with Arm's key customers to develop strategies that deliver software solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement software strategies that align with Arm's technology roadmap
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams and software vendors to prioritize features and enhancements
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of Arm-based solutions
  • Evangelize open-source communities and engage with customers and sales forces to promote software offerings
  • Manage software requirements and ensure they are validated and delivered to required levels of quality
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience with software requirements management and validation
  • Software development experience, preferably with firmware, operating systems, or application development
  • Motivation to work unsupervised, but as an integral member of a local developer team and globally distributed technology management team
  • Comfortable with international travel, up to 25% of the role
  • Good university degree, ideally in a numerate subject
