About the Role:

GCB Recruitment is seeking a skilled Sales Valuer to join our client's team in the Penzance area. As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for providing accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties, operating in an allocated territory, and building your own business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough property valuations based on market trends and comparable sales data
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with the central support team to ensure successful sales outcomes
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Valuer or in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of the property market, including trends and valuation techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full driver's license and access to a vehicle for business purposes
