Flatbed CNC Machining Position

The Recruitment Group is looking for a qualified Flatbed CNC machinist to work in their Loughborough branch. This role involves operating a Flatbed CNC machine to manufacture various acrylic components.

Job Description:

  • Working to simple instructions provided on a job card and supporting documentation
  • Manual handling of both small and large POS components
  • Adherence to Health & Safety guidelines

Responsibilities:

  • Keep equipment operational by completing autonomous maintenance and calibration requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience using a Flatbed CNC machine
  • Experience with overhead pin routers and diamond polishing
  • Able to read technical drawings
  • Experience working to production targets

Terms:

  • Payscale: Up to £15 per hour (dependent on experience)
  • Overtime at 1/3 after 39 hours
  • Monday – Thursday: 4pm to 2am (39 hours)
