About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Jubilee House in Barnsley. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Support service users to engage in activities and therapies that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting dignity and respect for all service users.

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving license (held for 2 years)
  • Experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including nights and weekends
