We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Office Angels. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and manage all payments within Oracle Cloud and banking platforms
- Ensure SG&A invoices are approved and submitted for payment
- Process and manage vendor and supplier details
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies and inquiries
- Manage incidents and escalate when necessary
- Work with internal teams to resolve carrier and vendor complaints
- Review and analyze carrier statements to ensure accurate creditor balances
- Knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable
- Desirable experience in the freight industry
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
